Patient Advisor Supervisor

  • 30 hours per week – £11.50 per hour

 New exciting role to help manage all aspects of the practice’s reception team, reception area and back office administrative functions; providing front of house customer service to all stakeholders with a professional and positive image at all times.  Ensuring all work functions are carried out in accordance with agreed procedures, protocols and time-scales.

This is a new role within the team; the candidate will be need previous GP experience and be able to juggle a heavy and demanding workload.

NB:  This is a very hands on role and the successful candidate will need to be flexible with their hours.

The duties and responsibilities to be undertaken by the Patient Advisor Supervisor may include any or all of the items in the enclosed job description. This is a hands-on role with the emphasis on staff management and workload priorities to ensure that the reception team provides a first-class experience to all stakeholders at all times.

This is a developing role within the Practice and the Post Holder will be expected to be flexible and meet the changing needs of the Practice. This job description is an outline only and may be amended from time to time following discussion with and the agreement of the Post Holder.

Hucclecote Surgery is a five partner GMS practice, rated as good by CQC in May 2016.

Previous GP experience in reception and back office administration is necessary and you must be able to fit with our existing happy motivated team.
